The MinistryPlatform Team is Growing

Chris Kehayias, CEO at Think Ministry, has led the Executive Team on a review process focused on re-organizing our growing team. This process began during the spring and is being implemented this summer. The main goal of this re-organization is to better serve our churches and parishes. We also want to recognize team members whose responsibilities have grown since they started in our company.

We're excited to announce the following changes that resulted from these discussions. All changes are effective immediately:

 

Amanda Lewis, Sales Director

Amanda has blossomed in her role as Sales Specialist and has developed some incredible relationships with churches who are searching for the next ChMS.

She will oversee the sales process from engaging with churches who are interested in MinistryPlatform all the way through the handoff to our Implementation Team

 

 

Melissa Reveles, Training Director

Melissa has served as a MinistryPlatform SPoC in two churches. She has demonstrated her passion for the church and for MinistryPlatform as both a trainer and a support specialist on our team.

Melissa will personally coach many of our new churches through the implementation process and will also coordinate our trainers, golive resources, and coaches.

 

 

Andrea McGough, Support Director

Andrea has been shadowing Tavie Allan for the past year and she is ready to take the reins.

Her experience as a church IT Director will be incredibly valuable as she leads our team of support specialists. We’re excited to see how her time on both sides of the MinistryPlatform help desk will benefit our community

 

 

Megan Christianson, Product Development Director

Megan is taking on additional responsibilities beyond her previous role as Development Project Manger.

She will be Leading the team that deploys software and documents the software in our KnowledgeBase. She will also help translate community needs into development priorities that’ll advance the product for the benefit of the important ministry our churches do each and every day.

 

 

Don Jewett, Infrastructure Manager

Don is moving from his current roles as a Professional Services Technician where he has helped churches extend MinistryPlatform.

In this new role, he will be responsible for software updates on customer systems as well as assisting Higher Ground and Self Hosted churches with infrastructure-related projects

 

Each of these folks has a long track record as part of the MinistryPlatform community. Each of them has a proven calling to serve churches with their technical expertise. We are blessed to have them as part of our team.

God has been at work growing the team at Think Ministry, Inc. We've recognized that He has led these passionate, skilled leaders to us. We have entrusted these individuals with new positions and greater responsibility. These are some of the key leaders around whom we will build the teams that support our growing community.
