Make sure you have any desired Rooms configured to appear in Check-In Suite. See this KB for details on setting up Rooms to appear in Check-In Suite.

Configuring Texting

If configured, you can send text messages from the Participant Details of Check-In Suite. You must have a Twillio account and your system must be configured for texting to use this feature.

Configuring Workstations

• Classroom Manager can be run on an iPad or a workstation that meets these minimum requirements.
  • If using an iPad with iOS version 13.2.1 we recommend setting the Settings -> Safari  -> Remote Desktop Website -> All Websites setting to OFF to prevent the camera from defaulting to the front-facing mode when taking a picture.
• Set the desired scope of Events to include on the Check-In Suite Home page.
