NeedConnect is a responsive MinistryPlatform application:
And from the Platform, staff can manage and assign needs to approved providers.
NeedConnect is a separate application that is fully integrated with MinistryPlatform. Like other MinistryPlatform applications, it's accessible everywhere! NeedConnect is designed to add valuable functionality to your church ministry by allowing users to interact with your church easily and safely while being instantly captured in your MinistryPlatform database.
Any visitor to NeedConnect may create a User Account. For the Connect Form, a User Account is optional (but will speed form completion). For the Connect Board and My Assignments, a User Account is required. The login, create account and password reset functionality for NeedConnect is the same as the Platform, Widgets, and the Batch Manager Tool and will create a User record. These Users will not count towards your monthly number of supported Users unless you assign specific Security Roles to these users (which is not required for full functionality of the NeedConnect).
The NeedConnect application is hosted on Think Ministry's shared server, but is directly connected to your MinistryPlatform system no matter what server on which it lives. The three sections of NeedConnect include:
