Relation to Other Pages

 
Since the Contact is the primary database record for individuals and companies, it is associated with many pages throughout the Platform. Here are some of the common locations:
  • Participants: A Contact should only ever be paired with one Participant record.
  • Donors: A Contact should only ever be paired with one Donor record.
  • Users: A Contact should only ever be paired with one User record.
  • Other Pages: Background Checks, the Primary Contact field on a Group record, etc.
  • Sub-Pages Visible From an Open Contact Record: Relationships, Contact Log, Feedback, etc.
  • Other Custom Pages: If you've created custom pages so you can do YOUR church YOUR way, chances are, you've associated that custom page with the Contact record.
