Managing Mission Trips

Mission Trips can be managed from the Mission Trip Section of the Platform which contains the following pages:

  • The Mission Trips page is a filtered page of the Pledge Campaigns page that only shows Pledge Campaigns with a Type of Mission Trip. This allows you to get access to this page to the desired Users without giving this access to all Pledge Campaigns.
  • The Mission Trip Pledges page is a filtered page of the Pledges page that only shows Pledges for Pledge Campaigns with a Type of Mission Trip. This allows you to get access to this page to the desired Users without giving this access to all Pledges.
  • The Mission Distributions page is a filtered page of the Donation Distributions page that only shows Donation Distributions with a Pledge assigned for a Pledge Campaign with a Type of Mission Trip. This allows you to get access to this page to the desired Users without giving this access to all Donation Distributions.

From these Missions Trips pages, you can see the Pledge Campaign (Mission Trip) details as well as the Pledges (Trip Participants Fundraising) for that Pledge Campaign and the progress towards their Pledge (fundraising) goal.

By default (unless edited), the Mission Trip Leader and Administrators Security Roles have rights to the Mission Trip section and pages.
