Basics
- Some actions are highly specific and very powerful.
- Explicitly Secured Actions are page-specific security options. For instance, having the right to attach an image to a Contact record does not automatically allow a user to attach an image to a household record.
- They are explicitly assigned to Security Roles that can be selectively applied to users who need to perform those actions.
- Explicitly Secured Actions include:
- Quick Add
- Export
- Attach Files
- Secure Records
To add or remove these actions
- Administration > Security Role
- Edit
- Find the desired page or sub-page
- Change the level of access as needed
- Check or uncheck the desired explicitly secured action
- Save
