A SPoC must complete initial setup in order to use Opportunity Finder.
Place the navigation link to Opportunity Finder (opportunity_finder.aspx) in the desired place on your Portal skin. If desired, you can place the link on the church website.
Go to Church Structure > Congregations to ensure that the appropriate Congregations are set to Available Online=True.
Go to Church Structure > Ministries to ensure that the appropriate Ministries are set to Available Online=True.
If desired, setup a Process that automatically notifies the Opportunity Primary Contact when a Response is submitted for Opportunities. You can also setup a Process that sends a confirmation email to the person who indicated interest in the Opportunity.
Work with the appropriate users to ensure Opportunities are setup appropriately for online visibility.
When autocomplete results are available use up and down arrows to review and enter to select.
