Initial Setup

 
A SPoC must complete initial setup in order to use Opportunity Finder.
  1. Place the navigation link to Opportunity Finder (opportunity_finder.aspx) in the desired place on your Portal skin. If desired, you can place the link on the church website.
  2. Go to Church Structure > Congregations to ensure that the appropriate Congregations are set to Available Online=True.
  3. Go to Church Structure > Ministries to ensure that the appropriate Ministries are set to Available Online=True.
  4. If desired, setup a Process that automatically notifies the Opportunity Primary Contact when a Response is submitted for Opportunities. You can also setup a Process that sends a confirmation email to the person who indicated interest in the Opportunity.
  5. Work with the appropriate users to ensure Opportunities are setup appropriately for online visibility.
