This patch was initially only applied to churches who are configured with a Diocese/Parish data model. It was applied to all churches as part of the June 2020 Portal release.

Enhanced the following Portal pages to be able to have drop downs and content filtered and locked to a single Congregation ID (Congregation must be Available_Online= True). Optional. If the Congregation filter is set in the customer config file (on your server <add key="CongregationID" value="X" />), the Churchwide Congregation is ignored and the Congregation drop down is hidden.
