Group Finder

• Fixed an issue where Group Sign Up would not be disabled when the Target Size was exceeded.
• Enhanced the Group Sign Up functionality to reference the Configuration Setting COUNTGROUPINQUIRIES and, if True, to determine when Target Size is exceed and disable sign-up.

My Calls

• Fixed an issue where a Participant's last name would appear as their spouse's last name on My Calls even when the spouse had a different last name. 
• Fixed an issue where "My Calls" was unresponsive for certain skins.

All Pages

• Fixed an issue where refreshing the browser after successfully submitting a form caused duplicate records to be created.
