Database Changes & Updates

  • New View: Background Check Needed.  Deployed to Participants page and described on this KB article under the section titled “Determining Who Needs a Background Check.”
  • Updated Service RoutineDuplicate Finder. This is the routine that runs weekly to find duplicate records. It has been updated to be both faster and more thorough.

Reports Updated

  • About This Page: New Formatting/Layout.  Also added procedures and data quality issues to what the user can learn when they run and view this report.
  • Combine Duplicate Contacts: The number of people in each household will appear next to the household name in parenthesis.
  • Donor Stmt: 2 Column: Added support for multiple accounting companies
  • Donor Stmt: 2 Column Selected: Added support for multiple accounting companies
  • Donor Stmt: 3 Column Selected: Renamed “Donor Stmt: OLD 3 Column”. A new report with this name has been created.
  • Donor Stmt: 3 Column Selected: Renamed “Donor Stmt: OLD 3 Column”. A new report with this name has been created.
  • Find Donors Export: Bug Fix when creating a saved selection.
  • Selected Batch Listing: Target Event recap now includes pledge credited recap.
  • Selected Batch Summary: Target Event recap now includes pledge credited recap.

New Reports

  • Data Quality Report: This report, available on the Procedures Page, will list issues, by page, that you may want to review and correct in your database.
  • Donor Stmt: 3 Column: This is a new report though it has the name of an existing report. The prior report by that name has been kept and renamed “Donor Stmt: OLD 3 Column”
  • Donor Stmt: 3 Column Selected: This is a new report though it has the name of an existing report. The prior report by that name has been kept and renamed “Donor Stmt: OLD 3 Column Selected”
  • Event Selected Group Attendance: This report combines metrics and attendance into a single summary of event attendance by group. Some churches have had this report for quite a while. For others, it is entirely new.
  • Group Participant Changes By Month: This report list, by year and month, the number of group participants added and removed along with a net total. Expand to see a breakdown by group OR the actual individuals added and removed.
  • Procedure Manual:  This report will print active procedures, by page, found in Staff Stuff -> Procedures. These procedures are internal and must be created and maintained by your church.
  • Selected Procedure Manual: Select one or more procedures on the Procedures page and print them.
  • Selected Group Attendee Search: Select one or more groups on the Groups page then run this report to find group members who have attended some number of times between two dates. The report can list their heads along with contact information.  Once results are displayed a selection of group members or their heads of house can be saved back to the Participants page.
  • Selected History Since Milestone: Select one or more contact records and run this report to see how many weeks it took for them to accomplish other milestones, make their first household donation, or join groups.
  • Selected Pledge Mail Merge: Select one or more pledge records on the Pledges page and run this report for mail merge data. 
  • User Permissions: Reports & Tools: Use this report to list and review which users have rights to specific reports and tools.
