Fixed Selected Household Donations Report
We have fixed the Selected Household Donations report that is found on several pages so that the Program drop-down provides the correct programs for the Accounting Company record selected.
Fixed Compare Related Contacts Report
We have fixed the Compare Related Contacts report that pulls up the Compare Related Change Relationship report by removing a link that combines Contacts (which the Combine Contact Tool now does for you).
Fixed Participant Analysis Report
We have fixed the Participant Analysis report on the Participants page so the Congregation and Postal Code options works respectively (switched).
Fixed Selected Group Nametags 5160 Report
We have fixed the Selected Group Nametags: Avery 5160 report that is on the Groups page by making the font size smaller to fit for longer addresses.
Fixed Data Quality Report
We have fixed two spelling errors on the Data Quality Report on the Procedures page to fix verbiage in the Active Contact No Household and Bad Email sections.
Fixed *About This Page Report
We have fixed the *About This Page report on the Events page where an End Date is before a Start Date (it currently says ...after Start Date).
Fixed Selected Group Last Attended Report
We have fixed the Selected Group Last Attended report on the Groups page that was printing an extra page due to margin issue.
Fixed Event Listing Report
We have fixed the Event Listing report where the "Building, Room Name, Room Number" and "Room Number" option listed more rooms on the report than the "Room Name, Room Number" option under the "List Building/Rooms" parameter.
Fixed Pledge Campaign Statement (Selected) Report
We have fixed the campaign summary box on the Pledge Campaign Statement and Pledge Campaign Statement: Selected on the Donors page to not multiply by number of family members.
Fixed Selected Form Responses Report
We have fixed an issue where the Selected Form Response report found on the Responses page was not working.
Enhanced Selected Labels: 1 Per Family & "Selected Mail Merge: 1 Per Family" Reports
We have enhanced the "Selected Labels: 1 Per Family" report & the "Selected Mail Merge: 1 Per Family" report that is on multiple pages with the [List Contacts Selected] option on to display first and last names of those selected.
Enhanced Selected Event Summary Report
We have enhanced the Selected Event Summary report found on the Events page with the option to add Metrics (Headcount) from the Subpage.
Enhanced Selected Photo Report
We have enhanced the Selected Photo report that is located on multiple pages with a new option to omit contacts without a photo and an option to show household photo if the contact doesn't have one.
Enhanced Campaign Donation to Pledge Matching Report
We have enhanced the Campaign Donation to Pledge Matching report by adding a date range option to limit donations for a specific campaign which is helpful when a campaign runs for a long time (years).
Enhanced Selected Household Labels Report
We have enhanced the Selected Household Labels report on the Households page to use the Alternate Address like several other reports listed in Q20 of the Reports FAQ.
Notifications & Routines
Fixed Background Check Status Notification
- We have fixed the Background Check Status Notification that runs nightly by adding the word "day" to wording for when a background check was started, for example: (start ## days ago).
- We have fixed the Background Check Notification that runs nightly to send email out with email@example.com email when the From or Reply email in the message template is missing.
Fixed Registrant Notification
We have fixed the Registrant Notification routine that runs every 15 minutes to help the message from being archived too early. We have changed this notification from DBMail to the Platform sending these email messages.
Fixed Register Into Series Routine
We have fixed a bug when a registrant has a duplicate registration in an Event (in a series) so that both don't get cancelled (only one).
Enhanced Data Quality Routine
We have enhanced the Data Quality Routine to create Event_Groups for any Groups found in Event_Rooms table that are associated with future Events to makes reports and tools leveraging Event_Groups still valuable during the transition to using Event_Rooms as part of the new Check In Suite.
Enhanced Event Reminder Notification
- We have enhanced the Event Reminder message that goes out every night to include a new [Last_Name] token. Please update your existing email template(s), if desired.
- We have enhanced the Event Reminder message that goes out every night to include a new [Option_Title] token to list all of the options chosen (separated by a comma). Please update your existing email template(s), if desired.
Enhanced Registrant Message Notification
We have enhanced the Event Registrant message that goes out every 15 minutes to include a new [Option_Title] token to list all of the options chosen (separated by a comma). Please update your existing email template(s), if desired.
Enhanced Opportunity Response Notification
We have enhanced the Opportunity Response Notification routine that runs every 15 minutes to let the Platform send out the email Message instead of using DBMail.
Enhanced Opportunity Reminder Notification
We have added a new date field on the Opportunities page called "Date to Remind" to help kick off the Opportunity Reminder Notification for ongoing Opportunities (when Opportunity Date is blank and Publish Date is in the past) and we have removed the "Days out to Remind" field. Any number in the "Days out to Remind" field has been converted to a date and placed in the "Date to Remind" field.
Enhanced Background Check Notification
We have enhanced the Background Check Status Notification to only go out to valid users who have at least one Security Role in the Platform.
*New* Background Check Needed Notification
We have added a new weekly email called "Background Check Needed" that will list the Group Participants that are currently in a Group with a Group Role that requires a background check but the background check is expired or doesn't exist. This notification will be sent to the Primary Contact of the Ministry responsible for the Group/Team if they have a valid email address and at least one Security Role.
Fixed "Response Follow-up" Process
We have changed the wording on Step 2 of the "Response Follow-up" Process to say "Completed" instead of "approval" to help eliminate confusion.
Enhanced Default Field List for Lookup Value and System Lookup Pages
We have updated the default field list on all System Lookup and Lookup Value pages to include the Primary Key value in the "All Records" view.
Enhanced Field Order the Event_Rooms Page
We have reordered the fields on the Event Rooms (Room Reservations) table and page for new fields added by the new Check-In Suite.
*New* Tool Tips for Process Submissions
We have added field helps for the Process Submissions page.
*New* Contact Identifier Log Page
We have added a new table and page under the Administration section called Contact Identifier Log that stores prior IDs in a generic fashion for use by third parties and/or custom development.
*New* Delegates Page
We have added a new page under the Administration section called Delegates that will list users who have been delegated the rights to send an email on behalf of specific contacts using the new message tool. We have also changed the name of the subpage on the Users page called "Send Email From Contacts" to "Delegate of" to be consistent with this new page.
*New* Fix: Users with no Security Role View
We have added a new fix view on the User Group Users page called "Fix: Users with no Security Role" so you can remove those users who do not need to be in a User Group any longer.
*New* Action Status Subpage Views
We have added an estimated 10 subpage views to the "Recipients" subpage on the Messages page under Communications for each Action Status currently on your system. Notify option is available for these new views to let someone on staff know when an email is Bounced, Errors, etc.
Fixed BackgroundCheckNotificationMessageID Configuration Setting
We have fixed the Configuration Setting for BackgroundCheckNotificationMessageID to set the Primary Key page to Messages where it currently is blank.
