Occasionally a user needs to receive a report via email or would like a copy of a report archived to file on a regular basis.

Microsoft Reporting Services allows a user to subscribe to a report. The server will generate a copy of the report on a user-defined schedule.  Subscriptions are created by navigating to the report record where it resides in the Reporting Services web server from your browser. 

There are many resources on the web about subscriptions in Reporting Services. However, there are a few steps that are different if you want to subscribe to a report originally designed to work from within MinistryPlatform. One of the MinistryPlatform administrators in our community created a document describing these steps.
