Customer Portal
The Customer Portal is an exclusive place for current, live MinistryPlatform customers that allows you to see system status, update your church information, view a report on the health of your MP data, and add, vote, and keeps tabs on suggested enhancement ideas for MP applications!
Current features include:
Getting Access
Access is available for all current, active MinistryPlatform customers on Support (have "gone live" and "graduated" from Implementations). You can create an account by:
- Go to the Customer Portal.
- Click Get Started.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Next.
- Follow the link in your email to set a password and create your account.
Logging In
To login:
- Go to the Customer Portal.
- Enter your Username (email address) and password.
- Click Login.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your password:
- Go to the Customer Portal.
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter Your Email Address, First Name, and Last Name.
- Click Reset My Password.
- Follow the link in your email to reset your password (valid for 24 hours).
