Training Menu

Choose from the following training menu to get started down the path to MP enlightenment! Each of these training sessions can be done as a stand-alone remote training session or together during an on-site half-day or full-day of training. We recommend having an hour break between remote training sessions and only have two per day. Remote training can involve 1-50 computers and onsite training visits do not have a limit (although we strongly recommend each participant have a computer to use during class). To schedule remote or on-site training, have a SPoC contact support.

The services detailed in the categories below are not covered by your Support agreement (please consult your Service Level Agreement for details), but are the specific areas in which we offer training opportunities.

Each of the following training sessions includes 50 minutes of instruction (to allow for ten minutes between sessions when combined for on-site). Brief questions can be answered during the instruction.

Training is focused on how the software works. Coaching is focused on how to use the software in your environment. For our information on Coaching, click here.
