The following Views are available on the Users page.
- Account in Recovery: A view showing user records who have been sent an email with a temporary password from the Portal. These users are re-directed to a page in the Portal where they can use their temporary password to authenticate and immediately set a new password.
- Contact Assignment Needed: A view showing user records that need to be connected to a unique contact record.
- Data Entry: A view showing the number of records this user has created or updated.
- Email Quota Max: A view showing how the largest number of emails that particular user can send in a single pass from the New Message Tool in MinistryPlatform.
- No Supervisor Assigned: A view showing users who do not have a supervisor assigned.
- User Activity: A view showing when each user last authenticated and how often they have authenticated into MinistryPlatform or the Portal.
- Users with Security Roles: A view showing users with at least one security role. These are the users that are factored into your monthly support count for billing purposes.
