Basics
- A Building is a record for the specific building on a Location.
- Typically each Location has one Building.
- A Building might have multiple Rooms.
- Building records can be created/edited in Facilities > Buildings.
Fields
Building Name*: The friendly name for your Building.
Location*: The Location where the Building is located.
Description: A brief description of your Building.
Next Inspection Date: Optional date for tracking inspections.
Building Coordinator: The staff or volunteer who oversees the use of the Building.
Date Acquired: Optional date for tracking acquisition.
Date Constructed: Optional date for tracking construction.
Date Retired: Optional date for tracking end of use.
