Your MinistryPlatform instance comes pre-loaded with several default Templates. You can choose to use the default Templates the way they are, edit them as desired, or create your own Templates.

The following templates come pre-loaded in your MinistryPlatform instance.

| 102 | [Form_Title] Submission | Alert sent to the Primary Contact of a Form that a new Form Response has been submitted. |
| 105 | Background Check Approved Manually | Alert that a background check was marked “all clear” manually rather than automatically by the background check company. |
| 106 | Background Check Updates | Summary of the background checks submitted by an individual in the last 90-days with their current statuses. |
| 101 | Contact Log Future Assignment | Reminder to complete an upcoming Contact Log assignment. |
| 96 | Group Attendance Notification | Reminder sent to the Group Leader to submit group attendance for their group. |
| 98 | Happy Birthday! | Email sent on the recipient’s birthday, wishing them a happy birthday. |
| 83 | Household Care Needed | Alert that a Household Care request has been assigned to the recipient. |
| 75 | Maintenance Request Completed | Alert sent to the requester that their Maintenance Request has been completed. |
| 76 | Maintenance Request Confirmation | Confirmation sent to the requester that their Maintenance Request has been submitted. |
| 77 | Maintenance Request Notification | Alert to the user responsible for Maintenance Requests that a new request has been submitted. |
| 95 | MinistryPlatform Tasks | Reminder sent to the task owner of MinistryPlatform tasks that need to be completed. |
| 103 | Mobile Tools Daily Care Case Update [Current_Date] | Summary of new and updated Care Cases in the past 24 hours. |
| 72 | New Group Inquiry | Alert sent to the group leader that someone has inquired about their group. |
| 82 | New Group Suggestion | Alert that a portal user has made a suggestion for a new group. |
| 70 | Opportunity Response | Alert sent to the Primary Contact of an Opportunity that a new Opportunity Response has been submitted. |

| 99 | Reminder: [Event_Title] | Reminder of an upcoming event registration sent to the registrant. |
