General
Enhanced the SSRS Report Viewer Component to the latest version.
Enhanced report paths by increasing the length of the Launch_Page field to accommodate longer urls.
Enhanced the application pools to place the Check-In 2 application in its own application pool and configure it to automatically recycle under heavy CPU loads as a best practice.
*New* Added a Contact Card panel along with the system panels to display Contact information of the Contact associated with the open record.
*New* Added additional panels on open records for quick reference to details about options chosen from drop-downs in the main record.
*New* Added column based searching. Don't worry, if you love searching by commas, you still can!
User Interface / Layout / Graphics
Enhanced record layout to increase label width reducing wrapping of field labels.
*New* Added record status color indicators to calendar layout.
Fixed an issue where views using the Date Updated field did not reflect mass update Audit Log activity.
Fixed an issue where View Notifications were using the deprecated User Email field on the User record instead of the Email Address field on the Contact record.
Login Page
Enhanced the Login screen so that the username and password fields are centered if there are no Social Login elements (external authentication) available.
Home Page
Fixed an issue where sub page selections were not displayed properly on the Home page > My Selections tab thus preventing them from being cleared.
Fixed an issue where non-admin users could not see all relevant columns on Home page > My Notifications tab.
Fixed an issue where the Home page > My Tasks tab grid columns showed incorrect column numbers.
Fixed an issue where searching using commas on the Home page tabs was not consistent with the displayed column numbers.
Enhanced My Selections tab on Home page so that selections have checkboxes for the ability to select the desired selections to delete.
Copy / Recurring Records
Fixed an issue where when creating a recurring series the current record was not updated to become part of the series.
Enhanced Copy functionality to include option to copy files attached to the copied record.
Creating / Editing / Deleting Records
Fixed an issue where rich text control did not save properly when editing in HTML mode and full-screen mode.
Fixed an issue where HTML being pasted into an HTML field in source mode generated an error.
Fixed an issue where when editing records with dates that have seconds in the time component were updated to have no seconds. This could potentially re-fire Processes if they were triggered by the date field.
Fixed an issue where when editing a record the time portion of a date & time field was cleared (set to midnight) if Cancel button was clicked after initial Edit.
Fixed an issue where users with rights to a sub-page, but not the page itself, could not successfully use the add button from the sub-page.
Enhanced save record functionality to only update fields the user specifically changed. This prevents records being simultaneously edited from overwriting fields not directly edited.
Enhanced new record creation so that new records visibly display any default values configured in the database. For Example, a new Event record will show a default value for "Minutes for Setup" of 0.
Enhanced the New Message Tool to automatically clean the HTML (and remove MSO tags) when pasting from MS Word into a rich text editor. This also means the Paste from Word button has been removed from the New Message Tool.
Tasks
Fixed an issue where changing the Task Title on Tasks assigned by a Process could generate an error.
Enhanced the Description field of Tasks to include validation to prevent field from being truncated due to length.
Messages
*New* Added additional error handling in email processing engine to avoid canceling the message to remaining recipients if one recipient fails.
Enhanced the New Message Tool to automatically clean the HTML (and remove MSO tags) when pasting from MS Word into a rich text editor. This also means the Paste from Word button has been removed from the New Message Tool.
Selections
Fixed an issue where saved selections were not showing up in the selections drop-down without refreshing the page or browser.
Fixed an issue where trying to save a selection without providing a selection name generates an error.
Audit Log
Fixed an issue where date & time fields were recorded in the Audit Log as "updated" even when no changes were made.
*New* Added ability to group Audit Log panel by field name (in addition to date).
Processes
Fixed an issue where a space character at the end of the value in the Trigger Field field in Process generated an error.
Fixed an issue where a space character at the end of the value in the Lookup User Field field in Process Steps generated an error.
