MinistryPlatform churches can create their own custom page views (filters) with the Advanced Search Tool or knowledge of SQL. Occasionally, a church can imagine a useful page view that they are unable to create with the Advanced Search Tool or their SQL knowledge/skills.
A page view listing donors who are part of the numbered envelope mailing who are now giving online. Include those whose spouse is giving online as well.
In this example, the church wants to remove these donors from the numbered envelope mailing. The church wants this view to be located on the Donors page because that is the page from which it is easiest to mass update a selection of donors removing them from the envelope file mailing. This view is complicated to make because it must reference information on another family member's record.
In a situation like this, the church can create the view with the necessary criteria and columns, and then send an email to Support including the details outlined in this KB.
