Enhanced Mission Trip Donation Report
We have enhanced several reports so that the drop-downs adhere to the Configuration Settings > SSRS > CurrentCampaignFilters to list only Events associated with current Mission Trips. Must have "Yes" in the Configuration Setting to limit the Event list.
Fixed Selected Form Responses Report
(Note: For those not on SQL 2012 or higher, these fixes do not apply. You do have this report currently available on your system, but not with these enhanced features. If in the future you choose to upgrade your SQL server version, please contact Support and we can add any report enhancements not previously able to be deployed.)
Fixed Giving Band Reports
We have fixed the options (zip, city, company, contact status) for the "1 Row by Household" option on the Giving Band Analysis, Export, and Summary reports.

We have fixed the Group Recommendation report to move it from Groups page to Contacts page so that it can be run without error and provide the desired results.
Fixed Selected Group Family Listing Report
We have fixed the Household name on the Selected Group Family Listing report that was causing an error when the Household name is over 50 characters.

We have fixed the Envelope File Multi-Campus report so that it only includes Donors with Envelope Numbers.
Fixed Selected Response Letter Report
We have fixed the Selected Response Letter so that html code is not displayed in the body and from fields when run from an Opportunity.
*NEW* Event Full Process
We have added a new default Process for when an Event is Full. To turn it on: add the appropriate Process Manager, set Active to True, add Email Template to Step 1, and verify Email From/Specific User. Note: If you previously had this Process created on your system, a duplicate Process will not be added.
Fixed Room Request Process
We have fixed the default Room Request process by changing the Dependent Condition formula to have better syntax so it will fire properly.
*Professional Services* Enhanced Task Notification for Red Flag Specific Tasks
For those who desire to engage Professional Services to add the custom Red Flag Alert: We have added a new Contact, User, and Configuration Setting for the Red Flag User so administrative staff does not receive task notification emails associated with it. The Configuration Setting for those who purchase Red Alert is: SERVICES,RedAlertUserID. Note: This functionality is part of future/new requests only. If you previously had the red flag feature added to your system by Professional Services and would like this enhancement, please email your request to Support.
Enhanced Messages Log to Include Action Status Time
We have enhanced the Recipient record to include a field for the Action Status Time so you can see both the date and time of the message and the date and time of the action. This field is also now included in the Contact record Message Log sub-page.
*NEW* Promote by Promotion Date
We have added a "Promotion Date" field to the Groups record. Promoting Groups for a new ministry year is now as simple as defining the Promote to Group and setting this date. When the date comes around, the system will promote Group Participants automatically. If some participants should be left behind, set the Auto Promote value (new) on the Group Participants page to FALSE. If servants and leaders in the group should be left behind, set the "Promote Participants Only" value (new) on the Group record to True.
Enhanced Age-Based Promotion
We've enhanced the Age-Based Promotion Routine to honor the Auto Promote bit field that is new on the Group Participant record. When Auto Promote is set to false, the Group Participant will not be promoted when they reach the "Age in Months to Promote" value on the Group OR when the Group's "Promotion Date" is reached. When Auto Promote is set to true, the routine will promote based on the "Age in Months to Promote" value OR the Group's "Promotion Date" is reached. If both values are set, the first value reached will cause the routine to promote the Group Participant.
Enhanced Group Attendance Notification Routine
Enhanced Activity Date for Group Participants
We've enhanced how the activity date is set for an Activity Log entry from a Group Participant. It will always be the start date for groups where only the start date should be audit logged. It will be the end date or today's date for a group where ongoing participation should count towards current activity. See FAQ 4 & 5 in this KB for details.

We have enhanced the Event Reminder email to have the "From" and Reply To" name displayed using the sender's Nickname instead of First Name.

For those who have or desire to engage Professional Services to add the custom Opportunity Respondent Message: We have added additional tokens for the 15-min routine that emails those who responded to an Opportunity. Subject token: [Nickname] Available Body tokens: [Nickname], [Email_Address], [Mobile_Phone], [Opportunity_Title], [Last_Name] (of respondent).
Fixed Registrant Message Duplicates
We have fixed the Registrant Message Notification to prevent sending duplicate emails out under certain circumstances.

We have fixed the nightly routine that updates the Activity Log that can add duplicate entries under certain circumstances.

Fixed Group Attendance Notification
*NEW* Fix Male w/ Female Title View
We have added a new Data Quality view for Fix Male with Female Title to show Contacts with a gender of Male, but a Female title (e.g. Miss).
Fixed Care Outcome View Descriptions
We have fixed the description for the standard care outcome "2. Assigned" and "3. Closed-Success" views on the Care Cases page switching them to reflect the actual description of the intended outcome.
Fixed Classroom Manager Stored Procedure
We have fixed the Classroom Manager stored procedure for the "Other Household Members" data pull that wasn't working properly.
Enhanced Group End Date Trigger
We have enhanced the trigger for when a Group is end dated to include Audit Log entries on the related Group Participants records being end dated by trigger as a result of the Group being end dated.
Enhanced Event Cancellation Triggers
We have enhanced the trigger for when Event is cancelled the related facilities reservations (Rooms, Equipment and Services) are also marked as Cancelled = True and text of **CANCELLED** is added to the Notes instead of being deleted. Also, when the Event is un-cancelled, all related facilities reservations are also un-cancelled.
Enhanced Reciprocal Contact Relationships Trigger
We have enhanced the trigger for reciprocal Relationship so that updates to one relationship (like adding an end date) will trigger an update the Reciprocal Relationship.
Enhance Registration Active Trigger
We've changed the trigger that turns off registrations when the Participants Expected value is exceeded. The change is to avoid turning off registrations unexpectedly and to audit log the action taken by the trigger.
