The reports listed in this article are on multiple pages (as noted) in MinistryPlatform.

  • *About This Page
    The report tells you about the views, reports, workflow processes, and procedures associated with the page from which you launched it.
    Pages: This report is on every page in MinistryPlatform and is the first report listed under the Reports menu item (verb)
     
  • New Group Participants
    Use this report to determine how many people have been added to groups of a specific type between two dates. The report will break results down by group role and highlight the number of people who had never previously performed that role.

  • Households New Again
    This report will take a range of dates & return households with activity between those dates that were inactive for a set number of days before that time.

  • Journey Participants
    View the people on each Journey. Find those needing a specific milestone. Create a selection if needed.

  • Milestones By Week
    View a summary of milestones assigned by week over time.

  • Response Summary
    Summarizes the number of responses to opportunities.

  • Room Use Forecast
    List room reservations between two dates. The report pulls room reservations that are tied to an Event (with a Program), a Room (with a Building which has a Location assigned to it).

  • User Permissions
    This report answers the questions: What rights does a user have to a page? What users have rights to a page? What pages does a specific user have rights to?

  • Tasks Incomplete
    This report will list incomplete tasks for the user running the report. If the user supervises other users, he can see their incomplete tasks. If a user is listed as an Admin, he can see all incomplete tasks.

    Review the background check history for the selected records

    Print a call list of selected contact records including phones and emails.

    This report provides basic demographics and contact info for selected records
     
  • Selected Call List: Heads
    Print a call list of selected contact records including the phones and emails of their heads of house.
     
  • Selected Contact Attendance
    Review the attendance history for the selected records
     
  • Selected Contact Attributes
    Review the attributes assigned to contacts that are part of your selection.
     
  • Selected Contact Dashboard
    Review a dashboard for any one of the selected contacts.
     
  • Selected Contact Demographics
    Review pie charts and summaries of items like gender and marital status for the selected records. The zip code chart is limited to 15 so it will pull the top 15 zip codes and then group everything else into the "Other" category.

  • Selected Contact Group Involvement
    Learn about how the contacts related to the selected records on this page are involved in ministry through roles on groups and teams.

    Review the pledges associated with to any selection of contacts and their families.
     
  • Selected Directory
    Basic directory layout for contacts that are selected.

    Produce a directory for the selected contacts including some or all of their family members.
     
  • Selected Family Listing
    Basic information about the selected contact and their family members.
     
  • Selected History Since Milestone
    Pick an anchor milestone then find out how long after that milestone the family made its first donation or the person accomplished one or more milestones or the person joined one or more groups of a specific type.
     
  • Selected Household Donations
    This report will summarize giving by the household of the selected contact records.

  • Selected Labels: 1 Per Family
    This report for selected records will return one label per family regardless of how many family members are selected, and provides many greeting options (for example, Household Name, The [Last Name] Family, Heads of House: Informal, Heads of House: Formal, [List Contacts Selected], To the Parents of [Contact List]. Avery 5160.
     
  • Selected Mail Merge
    This report returns one row with mail merge data for each selected contact
     
  • Selected Mail Merge: 1 Per Family
    This report returns one row per household with mail merge data for each selected contact. If two contacts from one household are selected only one row is returned
     
  • Selected Mail Merge: Family Detail
    Export one row per household with detailed information about each contacts in the households of your selected records.
     
  • Selected Nametags: Avery 5395
    Create Nametags, Avery #5395 2x4, quickly from any selection of people on any one of over 20 pages.
     
  • Selected Photo Report
    This report returns basic information ready to print for selected contact records.
     
  • Transfer or Build Selection
    (This report has been deprecated. Use the Transfer Selection Core Tool instead.)
    Use this report to review your current selections on any page with contacts listed and then transfer that selection to the contacts page. You can create a new contacts page selection OR update and existing one.
