Room Layouts

 

Basics

  • A Room Layout is a record for layouts available in a Room as part of an Event.
  • Common Room Layouts may be Classroom, Concert, Chairs in a Circle, etc.
  • Room Layouts can be associated with each Room Reservation.
  • Room Layout records can be created/edited in Facilities > Room Layouts.
  • Add an image to set your facilities team up for success.

Fields

 

  • Layout Name*: The friendly name for your Layout.
  • Description: A brief description of your Layout.
  • Capacity: The number of people this Layout accommodates.
  • Table Count: The number of tables needed for this Layout.
  • Chair Count: The number of chairs needed for this Layout.
  • Setup Minutes: The time it takes to set up this Layout.
