This patch was initially only applied to churches who have an integration with Protect My Ministry or Secure Search for Background Check processing. It was applied to all churches as part of the June 2020 Portal release.

  • Replaced the trigger that sets the Events record Registration_Active field to False when the number of Registered Participants equals or exceeds Participants Expected. Registration closes immediately on the Portal, but this field might not be set to False for up to 15 minutes.
