Idea Board
Enhanced search results to indicate the specific
Idea Board
with which they are associated.
Enhanced "Idea Update" emails by underlining links as a visual indication that they are clickable.
Enhanced Idea labels to indicate that an idea will not be pursued at this time.
Fixed an issue where a combination of factors caused recipients to intermittently receive emails for Ideas with which they had not interacted.
Fixed an issue where searching all Idea Boards returned matches that could not be selected. Clicking a match now links to the appropriate issue.
Fixed an issue where the "New Idea" form would become unresponsive if left in a completed - but not yet submitted - state for a period of time.
Dashboard
Enhanced menu verbiage to state "Support Portal" where it previously displayed "Ticket Portal".
User Profile
Enhanced
Notification Preferences
to include descriptions for each category.
When autocomplete results are available use up and down arrows to review and enter to select.
