Donors

• Enhanced Batch Manager Tool so that when a Donor Account number has multiple matches the Donors are listed in alphabetical order.
• Enhanced the Batch Manager Tool to include Donor information in the Multiple Matches drop-down menu to make identifying the correct donor easy-peasey.
• Enhanced the Batch Manager Tool so that basic donor information is added to the memo field. This will be especially helpful when identifying Donors not matched by their envelope number.
• Enhanced the Batch Manager tool by adding an "Add New Donor option" when multiple mates are found for the same checking account number.
• Fixed an issue where the Batch Manager Tool did not recognize Donors with a bracket as the first character in their name. So now the BMT will recognize that donation from [$>Starship.
• Fixed an issue where the User had to reselect the Donor after correcting the check number.
• Fixed an issue where the cursor would scroll independently if another tab was opened after the Batch Manager Tool was opened while using Safari.
• Fixed an issue where selecting the Match Donor button in batches with checking account numbers matched to multiple Donors returned an error.

Donations

• Enhanced the Batch Manager Tool to limit available Pledge Campaigns based on a Global Filter if the Pledge Campaign's Program has been defined and the Program is associated with a Congregation.
• Enhanced the Batch Manager Tool to limit available Default Programs by the selected Default Campus.
• Added a space between the Account Number (where present) and Program name for easier readability.
• Fixed an issue where the Program's Target Event was not assigned to the Donation Distributions.

Batches

• Updated the Batch Manager Tool to allow Users to edit the Item Number when the Batch has "Check" as the Payment Type.
• Added an optional Type 26 Institution Routing Number field to the Bank File Settings record for compliance with various Wells Fargo bank branches.
• Updated the Type 20 Reserved field on the Bank File Settings record to be optionally configurable. 
• Fixed an issue where double-clicking on Create in the Batch Manager Tool created duplicate batches.
• Fixed an issue where End Dated Congregations appeared in the Batch Manager Tool.

Exports

• Updated the Collection Type Indicator field to be configurable and not required.

Scanning

• Enhanced the scan service to work with Windows 11, while continuing to work with Windows 10 (Pro or Enterprise). Note: Windows 10 (Pro or Enterprise) or 11 is required for this scan service update.
• Added a warning to the Batch Manager Tool to alert Users if the scanned images were not saved.
• Updated the Batch Manager Tool to reject EE/Savings Bonds.
• Updated Bank File Setting records to prevent the addition of errant HTML to deposit tickets.
• Enhanced Batch Manger Tool so that paper checks can be endorsed during their initial scan. We tested it with Digital Check TS240 and Epson TS-2000 scanners. Note: Franking with the Epson TS-2000 is not editable. Adding any text to the physical endorsement field in Scanner Settings will enable ‘franking' and add "ELECTRONICALLY PRESENTED" to the front of the check. 
• Enhanced the Batch Manager Tool by indicating when the numeric amount on the check doesn't match the written amount. Note: The tool will flag a possible mismatch with a dollar sign in a red circle 🔴 . Don't be alarmed, but do confirm the amount.
• Fixed an issue where only the first few checks of a batch appeared in the batch manager tool, despite all checks being scanned.

General

• Updated the API Wrapper to improve performance.
• Fixed an issue where the Batch Manager Tool display time did not match the Platform Domain Time Zone.
