Donations
  • Enhanced tab navigation to scroll the Donation in focus to the top of the screen when selected.
Scanning
  • Enhanced the Edit MICR dialogue to allow multiple edits without a rescan.
  • Enhanced the Edit MICR dialogue to only apply to Batches with a Payment Type of Check. Routing and account number fields are read-only except via the Edit MICR dialogue. Any other Payment Types have editable Item Numbers that allow for non-numeric values.

Install Scanning Service
If you are not already running the Scan Service version 2.6.28.0, you will need to uninstall the existing Scan Tool and install the Scan Service.
  1. Make sure you are logged into the machine as an administrator.
  2. Find the Batch Manager Scanning Tool in your system tray.
  3. Click Exit.
  4. Go to Add/Remove Programs (under System Settings).
  5. Find and select the Batch Manager Scanning Tool.
  6. Click Uninstall.
  7. After allowing the uninstall action to fully complete, confirm the Batch Manager Scanning Tool is no longer in your list of Programs.
  8. Login to the Batch Manager Tool (https://<your domain>.ministryplatform.com/batchmanager).
  9. When presented with the Scanner Not Ready dialogue, click Download Scanning Service.
  10. Open the Setup Wizard (depending on your browser and machine you might need to also "allow" or "keep" or "run" to launch).
  11. Click Next.
  12. Review and accept the License Agreement.
  13. Click Next.
  14. Review the Destination Folder and change, if needed.
  15. Click Next.
  16. Click Install.
  17. Click Finish.
  18. From the Batch Manager, open or create a Batch.
  19. From the Scan drop down, choose Scanner Settings.
  20. Confirm the correct scanner is selected.
