System Setup

• *New* User Rights & Restrictions read-only page provides a comprehensive list of available access and/or restrictions for all users with at least one security role.
• *New* Added field helps that provide helpful information (field purpose, direction, etc.) about the field to various Pages including Communications and Domains. Hover over the field name to see the field help.
• *New* Added a "Role Type" lookup field to Security Roles, clarifying each Security Role's intended purpose.
• *New* View on Home Page > My Messages: 'My Ready to Send' shows messages that are scheduled to send. Messages in this queue may be edited by the user which relaunches the New Message Tool and updates the original Message record. Note: If you open your email using this view, you'll need to reselect your recipients. Check out Managing Created Messages for all the details. 
• Enhanced "Empty Households" View to exclude Households associated with a Statement, as these should not be removed.
• Enhanced the default field list on Letters to show the corresponding Page.
• Enhanced Page formerly known as "Feedback Entries" to "Prayer & Feedback."
• Enhanced "Statement Maintenance Required" process to additionally be triggered by updates to "Rows Per Page" and "Summary Columns" on Accounting Companies.

Database Object Changes

• *New* Event Participants now includes a new field to indicate when a person is "Attending Online." This can be updated manually or populated automatically by configuring the corresponding new field on a Product Option Price.
• Enhanced Event Participants Page (and related Sub-Pages based on Event Participants) to include the new column, "Attending Online."
• Enhanced the Default Field List of the "Message Log" Sub-Page on Contacts with an additional column to indicate the Message Type.
  
• Fixed an issue where Calendar Layout returned an error on Care Cases.
• Fixed an issue where updates to Background Checks were not immediately populating their corresponding Participant values. Note: Certain values are still populated via nightly routine.

Routines

• Enhanced the Household Updates Routine to exclude Deceased Participant's Background Check Information fields from being updated.
• Enhanced Expected Participant Routine to exclude Event Participants indicated as "Attending Online" when evaluating when to close the Event. Note: For online only events that need attendance capped, do not include the "attending online" option in the Product Option Price and enter your attendance limit in the Participants Expected field.
• Enhanced Statement Cutoff Automation on Accounting Company to encompass the entirety of the configured date regardless of the time (for example, if set to 12/31 at 12:00 AM, all donations for 12/31 will still be included).
• Enhanced Data Quality Routine to update Statement Household if the Statement Contact's Household has changed and the previous Household is now empty.
• Enhanced Data Quality Routine with new, minor fixes including populating Group and Group Role on Event Participants when derivable from existing Group Participant value and clearing Foreign Countries on Addresses when set to USA, United States, or United States of America.
• Enhanced Event Types with "Auto Close Registrations" option which, when false, will prevent Events of this Event Type from being deactivated after Expected Participants has been met.

• Fixed an issue where the Form Response Notification Message did not show the Primary Contact's Display Name and only displayed the contact's email address.
• Fixed an issue in the Message Recap Notification to remove an unintentional "BR>" tag visible in the final email.

Reports

• *New* Two Security Roles can now be merged using the "Compare & Combine Security Roles" Report.
  
• Enhanced the name column on the "User Audit Log Detail" report to reflect the user making changes regardless of impersonation or use of a tool.
• Enhanced the name of the "Selected Household Care" report to "Selected Household Care Log" for clarity and reordered the parameters.
• Enhanced the "Selected Mail Merge: 1 Per Family" report to include additional columns for Congregation and Head of Household Names with options for various head name conventions.
• Enhanced the "Selected Program Donation" Report with various improvements including grouping and subtotals by Congregation, a separate column for Online Gifts, and unique Donation and Donor Totals.
• Enhanced the "Selected Background Check" report to include new parameter 'Background Check Type.'
• Enhanced "Donor Standard Statement" report to list each Donation Distribution (rather than Donation) when Accounting Company "Summary Columns" is configured to a value of 1.
• Enhanced "Donor Standard Statement" Report performance by introducing segments, allowing statements to be generated more efficiently.
• Enhanced the "Donor Standard Statement" and "Donor Standard Statement Selected" reports so that the 'Contribution Statement' title appears in the upper right-hand corner.
• Enhanced Reports "Invoice Printout" and "Selected Invoice Printout" to include a "Show Logo/Company Footer" parameter and to more clearly indicate when Payments have not been received for a particular Invoice Detail.
• Fixed an issue where "Selected Household Donations" Report calculated based on the selected individuals rather than their Household.
• Fixed an issue on "Selected Group Roster Plus Family" Report where enabling parameter "Hide Notes" caused values in the "Kids" column to disappear.
• Fixed minor issues with Statement Description not appearing as expected due to various reasons (non-cash items, Pledge credit, or multiple Donation Distributions).
• Fixed an issue where formal greetings were not honored when enabled in "Selected Household Labels" Report.
• Fixed an issue where a form with conditional logic was not available within the forms parameter on the Selected Form Response report.
