Fixed an issue where Communication_Messages ("Recipient" records) with an Action Status: Sent (thus with a null subject and body) manually changed to Action Status: Ready to Send would stop all email in the queue from sending. Such Messages are now evaluated, marked as Action Status: Error, and allow other Messages to send.
Notes
Reminder: As part of Platform Fall 2018 update, Communication_Messages ("Recipient" records) no longer store a rendered copy of the Message for security.
