Idea Board

  • Enhanced search results to indicate the specific Idea Board with which they are associated.
  • Enhanced "Idea Update" emails by underlining links as a visual indication that they are clickable. 
  • Enhanced Idea labels to indicate that an idea will not be pursued at this time.
  • Fixed an issue where a combination of factors caused recipients to intermittently receive emails for Ideas with which they had not interacted. 
  • Fixed an issue where searching all Idea Boards returned matches that could not be selected. Clicking a match now links to the appropriate issue. 
  • Fixed an issue where the "New Idea" form would become unresponsive if left in a completed - but not yet submitted - state for a period of time. 

Dashboard

  • Enhanced menu verbiage to state "Support Portal" where it previously displayed "Ticket Portal".
