Fixed Campaign Donation List Report
We have fixed the "Campaign Donation List" and "Campaign Donation List Selected" reports on the Pledges and Pledge Campaigns pages to have proper number format for the Donations column that represents the number of Donations and not a dollar amount. 

Fixed Selected Group Roster: Parent Info Report
We have fixed the Selected Group Roster: Parent Info report that is on the Groups page so that the Congregation drop-down filters the Congregation from the Group Participant rather than the Program of the Group.

Fixed Envelope File Report
We have fixed the Formal with Title option on the Envelope File report on the Donors page to be the formal name and not nickname.

Fixed Selected Milestone Summary Report
We have fixed an issue on the Selected Milestone Summary Report on the Milestones page where the user's end date is not included in the results but should be.

Fixed Room Availability Research Report
We have fixed the Room Availability Research report on the Facilities > Rooms page to run without a server error for dataset "Dataset1".
        
Fixed Selected Publication Household Export Report
We have fixed the Selected Publication Household Export report on the Communications > Publications page to run without a server error for dataset "ReportData".

Fixed Selected Form Responses Report
We have fixed the balance section of the Selected Form Responses report on several pages when products get re-used for multiple years so that only the invoice and payment information listed is for the selected Event.

Fixed  Selected Campaign Donor Summary Report
We have fixed the spelling of the word "Campaign" within the paragraph on the Selected Campaign Donor Summary report that is on the Pledge Campaign and Mission Trip pages.

Enhanced Selected Group Directory Report
We have enhanced the Selected Group Directory report that is on the Groups page to:

• Include display Contacts by Group
• Include the Group Name if multiple Groups are selected
• Not have people show up as a "duplicate" because they are in multiple Groups selected

Enhanced Selected Group Nametags Report
We have enhanced the "Selected Group Nametags: Avery 5395" on the Groups and Group Participant pages to:

• Break by page and not by column
• Include an option to add an Attribute like Allergies to the nametags.

(Note: For those not on SQL 2012 or higher, this enhancement does not apply. You do have this report currently available on your system, but not with these enhanced features. If in the future you choose to upgrade your SQL server version, please contact Support and we can add any report enhancements not previously able to be deployed.)

Enhanced Selected Group Attendance by Individual Report
We have enhanced the Selected Group Attendance by Individual on the Groups page to sort the Event Times in order no matter what Sort Option is chosen.

Enhanced Program Group Roster Reports
We have enhanced the Selected Program Group Roster, the Selected Program Group Multi-Week Roster, and the Selected Program Groups Rollscan Roster report on the Program Groups page with additional options to display the Participant name.

Enhanced Selected Group Last Attended Report
We have enhanced the Selected Group Last Attended report on the Groups page by adding an option to format the Birthday field and have in its own column for sorting capabilities.

Enhanced Pledge Campaign Statement Selected Report
We have enhanced the Pledge Campaign Statement and Pledge Campaign Statement Selected reports on the Donors page by adding an option to add people with Pledges but no Donations to be able to send them a statement as well.

Enhanced Selected Photo Report
We have enhanced the Selected Photo report with the option to show/hide Company Phone.

Enhanced Event Setup and Selected Event Setup Form Reports
We have enhanced the Event Setup and Selected Event Setup Form Reports on the Events and Room Reservations page to include the new Equipment Quantity fields. See details below.

Optimized Selected Form Response Report
We have optimized the Selected Form Response report on multiple pages when the option to remove Canceled Registrants is selected.

*New* Household Care Log & Care Cases Reports
We have added two new reports to help summarize Household Care Log and Care Cases details for a selection of records:

• Selected Care Cases (Case Cases page)
• Selected Household Care (Household Care Log page)

*New* Selected Group Nametags: Avery 5963 Report
We have added a new report called Selected Group Nametags: Avery 5963 to the Groups and Group Participants pages for 10 name tags using the Avery 5963 labels template.

(Note: For those not on SQL 2012 or higher, this new report is not available. If in the future you choose to upgrade your SQL server version, please contact Support and we can add any report enhancements not previously able to be deployed.)

*New* Selected Groups: Avery 5160 Report
We have added a new report called Selected Groups: Avery 5160 on the Groups and Group Participants pages which allows you to print mailing labels or name tags using the Avery 5160 labels template. The option to add one field from Custom Forms is also available on name tags.

*New* Selected Program List Export Report
We have added a new report called Selected Program List Export with sorting options on the Programs page.

Nightly Routine Changes

Fixed Registrant Message Notification
We have fixed an issue with the Registrant Message Notification where:

• A carriage return at the end of the Subject line caused the email not to be sent.
• An email would not be Sent to Heads if an email address is not provided for the child at registration.

Fixed Group Attendance Notification
We have fixed the Group Attendance Notification so it doesn't add multiple Event Groups for multiple Events (that have the same day, time, duration, etc). It will pick the first Event by ID.

Fixed Care Case Notification
We have fixed the Care Case Notification email links to not look for the trailing backslash on the BaseURL on the Configuration Settings page.

Fixed Data Quality Routine for Donor Accounts
We have fixed the Data Quality Routine related to Donor Accounts to:

• No longer ignore matching Routing Numbers (limited to Routing Numbers of 9 characters and Account Numbers of 5 characters) when looking for duplicates
• Merge duplicate Donor Account records

Enhanced Registrant Message Notification
We have enhanced the Registrant Message Notification to support the [Domain_GUID] and [Contact_GUID] merge field tokens in the body of the Message template to aid in auto login.

System Setup Changes    

Fixed Online Donation Matching View
We have fixed a view called Online Donation Matching on the Donations page that threw an error for invalid length parameter passed to the Left or Substring function.

Enhanced Custom Form Process
We have enhanced the default Email Template included in the default Form Response Submitted Process so that the wording fits any Form Response (not just Form Responses associated with Events).

*New* Equipment Inventory Quantity Fields
We have added a new field to the Equipment page for Quantity and related fields of Room and Quantity to the Equipment Reservation page.

*New* 3rd Party Memo Field
We have added a new field to the Donations page for 3rd Party memos from PushPay, OGO, etc.

Database Object Changes

Fixed System Table References
We have fixed references to a table called SystemTable which no longer exists in multiple Reports and Views.

Fixed Contact Relationship Trigger
We have fixed the Contact Relationship Trigger that adds the reciprocal Relationship when using the new Add / Edit Family Tool when a previous Relationship existed.

Enhanced Tables/Fields for Deprecated Data Type "Text"
We have enhanced the following five tables/fields to change the deprecated data type "text" to "nvarchar" so that there are no compatibility issues for SQL 2016+ versions:

• Counseling Sessions > Notes
• Group Assessments > Notes
• Milestones > Follow Up Notes
• Ministry Updates > Description
• Procedures > Step by Step

Enhanced Default Contact Protections
We have enhanced the Default Contact Contact record to prevent it from being edited erroneously to another Contact. Please use appropriate methods/tools to update records assigned to the Default Contact.

Enhanced Tool Tip Help Text   
We have added tool tips (help text) on several pages. Hover over field labels to see the help text. The following pages were updated: Addresses, Background Checks, Donations, Procedures, Time Off and more!  

*New* Added Index for Group Participant
We have added an index for the Group Participant field on the Event Participants page.

*New* Added Ministries Allowed Schema
We have added a new schema called Ministries Allowed that will be used in the future which includes a new SubPage on the Administration > Users page for additional security to limit Users by Ministry. Additional SubPages added: User Allowed on the Congregations page and Ministries page. We do *not* recommend adding Filtered pages for Contacts, Participants, Donors, Households, Room Reservations, Milestones Assigned, Donations, Deposits, or Distributions based on Ministries Allowed. Recommended for filtering pages on Groups, Group Participants, Events, Event Participants, All Form Responses, All Payment Details, etc. More details coming with future Report & Database updates.

*New* Standard Accounts Not in Use View
We have added a new view called Accounts Not Used on the Donor Accounts page to help aid in data clean up so you will know which Donor Accounts do not have any Donations associated with them.
